It depends, if you are talking about the movie Malfoy and Snape then it would definitely be Snape, but if it were the charcters in the book it would be neither.

Lucious Malfoy, I guess (under normal circumstances I wouldn't pick either one). Lucious is at least more up front about his loyalties. We know he's bad, whereas Snape kind of vacillates between good and bad. Then there is the hair...I'm not really fond of greasy hair and Lucious has that really great (clean) head of hair.

Yuck..but if I had to pick. I would say Malfoy with a haircut. But Snape might be ok if he washed he hair. hmmmmm.....
