Lets say that you are working for a company and you are giving 110% effort to your job to make sure that your job is done correctly and others won't even participate in a teamwork environment to even help and do their part of the work, what would you do if you were in this kind of situation?

If comradre and recognition is important to you, then you should leave to save your sanity. If you are rewraded in other ways that make the situation tolerable, then stay until a better situation presents itself.

Hand in my notice and tell the boss WHY his best producer is quitting.

This would, of course be after regretfully turning in several incomplete tasks on deadline, and explain that you'd turned the job over to "joe" for him to do his part.
