He is the devil. The think is he is such an unconvincing liar AND he seems to really enjoy lying.

You mean about the Lawyers that should have been fired in 2001? Oddly enough, every other administration has fired every one of the prosecutors that worked for the previous administration (if it was from the opposing party).
The fact is, they served at the pleasure of the President. So..your question: He didn't. Bush was just too giving to keep them on when he took office.
I being a moderate Republican and having had to serve as Clinton as my Commander and Chief - and had some serious complaints - have never said anything so stupid and biased. Get a life.
