Does God send homosexuals to hell when they die, or is this just a rumor because I'm gay and have gone to church since i was 4, I've been baptised and believe in God so why because I'm gay should I have to go to hell? It just doesn't make sense to me.

In the Bible, it says...
"Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable." -Leviticus 18:22
However, you might also believe that being gay is the way God created you...
I can't tell you flat out if, according to Christian faith, homosexuals are considered sinners. Think about this...the Bible is the word of God, but it was written by human hands...which are capable of error. It was also written so far in the past that many of the issues we face today would not be addressed.
Think about that verse in Leviticus. But also, consider that the Bible teaches against women wearing pants, charging interest on a loan...

God made Adam and Eve to create truth of human beings to be create more humans. Not Adams and Steve. Its sinful because think like this gays will never be accepted across the globe. You can marry a women you love and have a wonderful child or you can be gay and go out in the world to make hook ups. Straight people only **** if they are after there marriage. I am not saying gays can't find happiness in " what they called lovers life" Its just rare like 1 out of 10 gays men will found true love. So unless your bisexual god will let you change. I can't say much kiddo you as !00% gay before you died if lucky get baptized with your lover. Another truth is gay will never be accepted in any religion. Your parents might supported you but their relatives and families or friends you know and love about will never accepted you 100%. Gays you see in loving dates sites online or Craigslist you see always have penis pictures why not face just face it they are sins for the rest of there lives! Why Is lesbians have there virginas on dates sites not there faces VS a straight site? So you ask god that question I think you already know that answer ! Asking won't change anything.

Many religious people say that God send homosexuals to hell, but I have a hard time believing an all seeing, all knowing being would send a good person to hell, simply on the grounds that he prefers the same sex.

I understand perfectly what you mean.
You don't have to be alarmed. Your not going to hell for being gay.
You can be "gay" and never do anything about it and be totally and perfectly fine.
IT doesn't matter what you are just as long as you don't "act" upon it is what the churches want you to do.
Your not going to go to hell. Hell is a fictional made up contradicting argument between the bible and society.
My ex used to say, Hell is just something that you can't have. I see it as, hell to me would be I was surrounded by men after I die instead of women.
Well, in the bible when we die, we don't have bodies, all we are are spirits. So, what then? IF we are just spirits, we are neither female or male..we just came as we are, we didn't choose. We certainly don't choose who we love either. So really, what is hell?

God does not send gays to hell. Stop listening to the ravings of a bunch of control freaks who twist the scriptures to suit their own agenda.
Be true to yourself and be a good person and you'll be just fine.

I thought that if you are gay you are allready in hell. As far as going there, I'd be more concerned about what you are doing now. My hope is that you are able to accept others as well as yourself. Just don't marry anyone of the opposite sex and ruin more childrens lives.If you really want a clear picture of what the Bible says, invite Jehovah's Wittnesses into your home for a Bible study. I did and it helps answer some confusing questions.

God is a fictional character but you are real, don't let the Christian heterosexual fascists ruin your life or make you feel anything less than wonderful about being gay.
Don't think from what I said that I don't like heterosexuals, I love em it's just that these particular Christian ones are often creeps with no understanding of human nature.

I don't believe that God would let a place like hell exist. He is a loving God. Not some mean man that the church makes him out to be. I believe He will look into your heart and see that you love Him and try to be a good person. We have all committed sins. Yours is no worse than mine, or most of the bigots who will answer this question with hate.

Im sick of all these Christians saying YES YOUR GOING TO HELL. Your not. No one actually knows. Should it matter? Well, yes, It does. Anyway, Christians always say "Change your ways'' "Your going to hell for this/that'' "I hate you b/c ___ {Fill in the blank}. If they TRULY BELIEVED IN GOD, They wouldn't say such things and wouldn't hate. God is Love. To me, Christians are Hate. I fully believe in God, and if a Christian tells me to change my ways or Im going to hell, I will slap the hell out of them. Either way, you are who you are, and God loves you. If you really have done as you've said you have in your description {Been baptized, gone to church since you were 4, etc} Then you have NOTHING to worry about.

I'm not sure, I really don't know the bible too much. I don't believe God sends all sinners to hell. I would hope that God is a merciful God as the bible says he is.
