i answer mentally retarded peoples questions all the time here in yahoo answers. sometimes i feel there is nothing but retards out there asking dumb questions with poor spelling and grammar.

Judging by some of the questions and answers I've seen here, I'd say the answer is yes (except for maybe the spelling part).
