question about simcity 2000...?

i just got simcity 2000 and i want to know how to make the land flat, i have tried a whole bunch of different thing but it wont go flat.

You kind of have to play around with it a little bit, but all you need to do is make all the land tiles the same elevation and you'll see your land going flat. If you go to the egde of the map you can see the side view of the land tiles. Its probably best to do this in the terrain editor so that you dont use up all of your money..
