There is many ways to check your cookies. If you are running on a Windows OS press and hold Alt + tab + Del and then a task manager should pop up. Then you go to user and there will be your cookies. Another way is to check tracking cookies (Spyware), you open a virus scanner McAfee, Spybot, Norton etc.

You can go to my computer (assuming you're using windows) and right click on your C Drive and click properties. From there go to disk cleanup, and from there you can view your temporary internet files, your cookies will be in there.
