check near your home if any contractors are digging out a lot to build a new home or condo. Ask the contractor boss for a clean load of the dirt. He has to pay to drive it to a dump sight to get rid of it. I'm sure he would take a few bucks instead of spending to unload and drive to a dump sight. This will get you fill delivered and save the contractor driving time. You both get rewarded.

Put a sign out the front of your house asking for clean fill.Lots of people are looking to get rid of dirt from building sites etc
