Finally! Someone who understands my so-bad-it's-good TV/movie obsession!
The Pulse, Silent Hill, House of the Dead 2, Idle Hands, House of Wax remake, Devour, Dead and Breakfast (the zombies sing and dance ala Michael Jackson's Thriller), Sorority Boys...
If it's a "horror" movie, there's a pretty good chance of the "so good it's bad" phenomenon! (Okay, so Sorority Boys isn't technically a horror movie, but still- yikes.)
Oh, and try the Reefer Madness remake. It's a musical!
And Plan 9 rules!

Here's a list of the lowest rated movies according to the Internet Data Movie Base.
I suggest Troll 2 and Battlefield Earth. They're horrible.

For a musical, you can bet on Little Shop of Horrors...so silly. Popeye with Robin Williams was so bad I loved it.
Aquamarine for the tween scene...
Great concept...a terrible movie night to have fun making fun of all the idiotic shows out there!

Some of these might be hard to find. They aren't necessarily recent, so I apologize, but they do have that camp quality you are looking for.
Actually, if you really watch them without interruption, you'll get a load of laughs out of them on concept alone. These are the ones I could manage to sit through...
Horror/Sci-fi:
Kingdom of the Spiders (William Shatner stars)
Creepshow (George A. Romero directs)
Revenge of the Nerds II
Dawn of the Dead (1978 version-- I love it, but it is not for everyone.)
House of the Dead (This one STINKS)
Comedies:
Odd Jobs (Paul Reiser stars)
OC and Stiggs (I personally loved this one)
The Cannonball Run movies
Mannequin (oh my god...)
GARBAGE PAIL KIDS!!!
Happy hunting. The list goes on and on with me, but those are my present recommendations. Check the link to find details about these movies.

nicely I went back and forth on that one. I felt that it became an exception to the rule and that i had desperate that i became going to attend and notice it on video so as that i ought to administration it. If it became too plenty, i ought to turn it off. Then i desperate that i for my area had no interest in seeing the movie. maximum people who I spoke too suggested that it helped enhance their testimony. I merely desperate that i did not might desire to be sure the brutality, i can learn it in my scriptures. It extremely got here right down to being a similar element as wearing the bypass around my neck, slightly morbid and sadistic. i can extremely take excitement in the atonement and the purpose and horror of it with out wearing a bypass, or watching a brutal dramatization of it. I even have not considered it, and that i for my area do not plan on seeing it the two. reliable for you Drizzt, persist with that.

Jack Frost and Jack Frost 2! They are two hilarious "scary" movies. Jack Frost 2 is even cornier than the first, of course.

hmmmmm, The Grudge 2 was very poorly written. The story sucked yet it had some scary scenes to it. It was so bad yet it was kinda so good. I don't know what else i mean there probably are more but i just can't seem to figure out which are the ones.
