The first 2 are kind of equal, but heart, bank account, brain, sex organ. Brain is kind of equal to the first 2 as well.

The size of his heart and his brain... This is what makes up of who he is inside and cannot be easily changed. You can make his bank account bigger over time and the organ as well lol. If there is no love and they have no good brain to use then why marry them in the first place? No matter how big the bank account is you cannot buy love or a better brain. JMHO!
