is it a genuine fetish - that is you get sexually stimulated to climax off images of feet without a partner present, or do you just get aroused by a partners feet? If it's just about your partners feet, perhaps there was some incident in your life where you saw feet and perhaps some sexual happening and connected the sex and feet, thus feet cause the arousal sex does? Just a thought...

There are two main ways the Bible speaks of feet.
Either they are in a hurry to run to badness, or they are bearing good news of peace.
Also, the Bible does not say that there is good and bad in each of us. It says that we are defined by whether we pursue good or evil.
Besides that, an OCD (I tend to think that everybody who doesn't worship God gets by by means of OCDs) involves things like counting, measuring, touching furniture etc.
