I just did mine on full house (the TV show). Pick something that intrests you. Even if it seems a little far fetched, if you like it and can collect credible information on it, than go for it.

Since you need it tomorrow, a "how to" speech is quick to put together, because you can do a lot of natural talk. Pick something that you already know how to do easily. A recipe, make a birdhouse, some clever paper-folding (origami) or even properly shining shoes. Your speech will need to inclued a list of materials, and then a demonstration. It helps a lot in a speech, anyway, to have your hands engaged so productively. If you are not allowed props of any kind, then you can still describe how to do something, such as prepare a car for a trade-in; all of the detail work from obvious cleaning and vacuuming, to necessary paperwork and adding fragrance.
I hope that "informative" includes "how-to." But, if it doesn't, then I would suggest a biographical speech. There are so many wonderful people out there, alive and dead. George Washington Carver is one, whose life is amazing. Try to find someone that everyone doesn't already know about. The best thing about telling about someone's life is that it is easy on short notice, because information is so available on the internet. Lots of luck.

Informative is just talking about something - not to persuade or demonstrate - so talk about something you are familiar with. Do you play a sport? Talk about the scoring, rules, etc. Do you have a hobby? Describe it and why you like it. Have you taken a great vacation, been someplace exotic? Describe that in detail. You can also talk about a current event (not the war, everyone does that one). Maybe check out CNN.com and see what is going on in your area.
If you have picked a Major in college than talk about that - what classes are involved, how you earn that degree. That is relevant to college class. Or if you are in a fraternity/club at school, discuss that (what it takes to get in, what you do there)
