Today (at school) quite a few kids made me smile. Two female students called me MOM, six wanted a hug and five stated that I was their favorite teacher -- 13 special smiles (plus many others)!

my history teacher. she is soooooo cool!! i love her!! she is such a cool teacher. we had a surprise party for her today (her b-day) and we had a history test and she said ahhh forget history! lets have a party and we all danced on the desks and blasted music!! she is the coolest teacher ever! what or who made you smile?

I made me smile....
Earlier today, I was helping my sister put up some fencing, and we patched a hole in an existing fence. I was on the neighbor's side of the lawn, being glommed on by her dogs and was holding up the fencing as best I could while my sister rigged the fencing to close the hole. Once we finished, I tried to jump over the fence, and got my combat boot caught on the top of the fence, so when I went over to my sister's lawn, I fell face-first toward the ground.
I managed to protect my head, but I still cracked my knee really hard on the ground, and the only way I could keep from screaming out in pain was to laugh hysterically, after I was able to roll over on my back. It didn't knock the wind out of me... and it didn't break my leg, but I think I might've sprained my knee. I'll see how it looks and feels in the morning.

His name is Daniel and he is the cutest thing ever. He is a little short and bald and he hardly ever smiles, he is a very serious kinda fella but today when I was visiting with him he smiled really big for me and it just made my day.
