I am donig a job and i am very hard workin but not rich how can i get rich soon.

Learn to live within your means and save at least 10% of what you earn and then use this to invest. Its a long road but can be done and if you stick to that simple strategy you will have riches.
If you create multiple streams of income this will help you get there quicker.
It all requires work and commitments if this is what you are after.

Win the lottery or hope a rich relative dies and leave you all their money.
Seriously, almost nobody gets rich without hard work, sacrifices, and time. The best way to make a lot of money, without a lot of education for a professional job like doctor or lawyer, is to own your own business. It is not easy or quick, but the money you make is all yours, not mostly the company's and a little for you.
