A simple question.?

I was messing around with some water ice and salt and then I start to slowly poor the water out of the cup. The water just slid around the glass. I was kinda a first timer here so yeah. This could be like a 1st grade question.

The water in the cup turned to ice and took the shape of the bottom of the cup.That 's what was sliding around the bottom of the cup.

As A first timer I would suggest first learning how to state what you want to know In question form because I honestly don't know what you are asking.
