I'm not 100% sure on this but if it was a test for a job where the cdl is required (a DOT) test i believe they have to inform the dot. a friend that owns a trucking co told me this. If I'm wrong you should still clean up. no one wants you running a big rig doped up.good luck

Depends on the state I guess. The only experience I know of this is that as a nurse if you have a positive drug screen the company or hospital has to report it to that state's board of nursing. Feeling that a truck driver would have the same type of oversight, so yes I think they will report you. Sorry about that, but you only have your self to blame for taking a drug screen with drugs in your system.

clean up dude call whoever did it and demand another test unless you already told them you did drugs.then ur screwed. DOT is notified and your put on a database. If you do pass a test later your name is still on the fail list and your more likely to get random testing a when pulled over for a traffic stop or log book check at weigh stations they may have you pee on the spot too. Its a new law since CDL was put in effect in the late 80's. Shouldve never took the test if you knew you'd fail it.duh thats why they call it DOPE

Yes you will lose them for six months. what were you thinking? You should have not taken the Test if you knew you had drugs in your system.
