I need first hand accounts of both interrigations of us civilians by the government and a child custody hearing.

Proof of identification and addresses as the first questions asked and must be answered. Incriminating questions can be objected to and the right to remain silent could be cited. A lawyer must be present in all interrogations and hearing before a law enforcement agency or court, otherwise, the testimony of a person is not valid.
