How to get dry air into the house?

I am trying to reduce humidity in the house without using a lot of energy.

The only ways I know of is too get a dehumidifier. Now they make the portable kinds and then you can look into the whole house ones that must be put into your heating system, AC systems.
We have the one that does the whole house in the humid months. Works great!

The only way at present is a dehumidifier or air conditioner that I know of.

wait for low humidity conditions outside & open all windows
