The Sims........?

whenever i start the sims unleashed game it will load then at mammal matrix in the load it goes black and crashes. Anybody know how to fix it????

That means that you don't have enough memory in your computer to run the game. All versions of the ever-addicting Sims, whether it be Sims 2 or the original, the game takes up a lot of memory! You can get more memory at Best Buy, maybe even Circuit City. I hope it works, that game is so fun! Anna

all i can say is uninstall it then try again
