try and get a voice lesson or a teacher. there are many at high schools and colleges and you can look in the phone book to find any.

Professional vocal training, talent and ambition is the key. Asking the question in the careers section would work also.

I like to sing to and I wanted to be better but I had chorus at my school so I took that. if you have chorus at your school maybe you could look in into that. But if you don't look on the Internet on "cheap singing lessons" also put the state that you live in

I would recommend that you have a few heroes or role models. Choose a few that have a voice similar to yours. Sing along with their recordings.
