She trying to flush it out except she said she see's a halo like alot of light when she looks

Call 911 you putz. Or poison control. Meanwhile, she should flush it with lots of water. Standing under shower head is easiest.

Flush it out for 15 mins and if there is still a problem go to the ER

She should see a doctor right away bleach is really dangerous especially when you get some in your eyes. She should see a doctor right away too avoid some permanent damage to her eye.

She must continue to flush the eye with clear water and go to the hospital she has suffered a chemical burn to her eye. with out treatment she may go blind in that eye
