I just wondered if I'm the only person who doesn't like the voice of Gary LeVox, the lead singer of the country band Rascal Flatts. His voice sounds shrill, whiney and nasal -- all of which makes it sound VERY unpleasant to me. :( I could almost say I can't stand it!
Just for the record: this is not a personal attack against Gary or Rascal Flatts. The group has put out some good songs, and Gary seems like a nice person. So please don't bother bashing me for asking a negative question. :) This is only about his VOICE.

Prayin' 4 Jaylight -- I really hope you're only pretending to "hate" me. LOL! If you really mean it, then it shows you to be an extremely immature, dangerously intolerant individual, PLUS someone who can't read. I only said I dislike Gary's voice. After that, I specifically said I think Rascal Flatts has GOOD songs, and that Gary Levox seems like a NICE person! Those are compliments, not insults, in case you didn't know. ;)
Grow up and get a life! In this world, not everyone will agree with YOU -- does that mean you will HATE half the people in the world, just because they might not agree with your views on topics like music, religion, politics, etc.? I feel very sorry for you, if you are so filled with HATE! :( That's very sad. Good luck in life; you'll need it.

I was just having this discussion with my sister! I love all of Rascal Flatts music from the first two cds but all of the more recent songs annoy the crap out of me! His voice is way too whiny nowadays.

I've said from the beginning of Rascal Flatts that he sounds like Kermit the Frog singing. I like their songs a lot, I'm just not crazy about his singing.

I hate country anyway. Rascal Flats just makes it worse. I hate them. They sound so annoying.

no, but I know a few million people who hate people like you and everyone who already answered! Gary has an awesome voice! If you don't like it then go listen to gay bands like fallout boy!

Sounds like my opinion of Mariah Carey. Some of her songs(NOT ALL OF THEM) she sounds like she is shrieking instead of singing.
