allot of people are saying its 6.75, and some are saying it was changed to 7.50 and some say its lower...do you guys know FOR SURE what it is?

Effective January 1, 2007, the legal minimum wage is $7.50 per hour.

There is a federal and a state minum wage. Under the law, the employer must pay the wage that is most beneficial to the employee. All employers in California who are subject to both laws must pay the state minimum wage rate unless their employees are exempt under California law.

i don;t there is a law about how much you have to get payed but i dunno im probably wrong because i don't even live there. sorry not much help!
