I have the option to attend law school in a neighboring state or stay in my home area for my studies. Both schools are of equal status for the most part but I plan to practice law in my home state. The one out-of-state will cost me half of the one in my home state due to a sizable scholarship. Should I even go to law school if they are Tier 4 schools? I'm three years into a career I see no future in and I'm getting married in 6 months! What's a young guy suppossed to do?

Dude, who cares if it is a Tier 4 school. You may not get picked to be a law professor at Harvard, but you can still become an accomplished lawyer.

And have you talked to your fiance about the possibility of moving out of state? When you get married you have to think about your partner's needs as well as your own.

Tier 4 schools are tricky. You will end up as real low end lawyer and might not improve your position much. It might be better to retake the LSAT and reapply next year. Also, It depends on how much debt you would have to assume. I wouldnt want to take more than say 50,000 to attend a tier 4 school. In general, it is much better to go to law school in the state you want to practice, it will make finding a job much easier, but again you have to consider the difference in cost.
