Read John 4:18 "No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared Him." No man has seen God with physical eyes, but He was manifested as the Word (Jesus Christ), "He that has seen Me has seen the Father" The Father is in Me and I in Him." Said Jesus.
We see God by studying about His Son. Not to determine a physical likeness because, Jesus probably physically resembled His mother and Spiritually His Father.
Colossians 1:15 "...Who is the image of the invisible God, the first born of every creature..."
Jesus came in order to reveal the Father in His own person He was the visible representative of the invisible God.
We know what God is through the earthly life of His Son as written in the New Testament. By the Old Testament through the prophets and the acts that God performed in that time.
No, we do not know what He looks like in the physical sense, and we will never know in that manner, as God is a spiritual being not physical. But by and through His Son (Jesus Christ) we can know His personality, so what does it really matter what He looks like.
If you are searching for some sort of verification that He is of a particular color let me quote Acts 17:26 "...and hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;..."
God is not physical and does not have a physical body, we can know His personality by studying about His Son and the teachings and the work He accomplished. We are spirits living in a physical body because we must survive in a physical world until such time as our spirit leaves this habitation and goes on to the next.

He doesn't look like anything!!!! I have no reason to believe in him / her at all with all the things that is going on in the world today
