P.S. Nanny (above) apparently is not a teacher nor does she have any children in school. They need to know what she said BEFORE they come to kindergarten.

P.S. again - check your school/state curriculum standards and read what must be taught in kindergarten.

looks like u havent heard of the full concept of unfavorable numbers? unfavorable numbers are ALL NUMBERS under 0. in different words, while asked, what's under 0, logically speaking, not something is under 0, yet mathematically, all unfavorable numbers are under 0. As for the different questions: a million minus 2 lower back deals with a similar concept. that's unfavorable a million, written -a million. As in money, if u r in debt, u have much less money than no money, because of fact u owe. in addition, unfavorable numbers are under 0. infinity-infinity=0 besides the fact that infinity could be, x-x=0, because of fact if u have some apples, n, and that i'm getting rid of n, u have not extra left. in addition, this works for all genuine numbers (and a few unreal numbers too). as for the final one, infinity is a trifling concept, showing something in no way ending, stretching out continuously. this is not a logical form, and for this reason there might nicely be no infinity+a million. even for people who say infinity is a sort, this is the biggest form, and including one to it might make a good bigger form. for this reason, that's extremely obvious if u take a seat and picture that infinity might stress every physique loopy if it have been a sort. u can consistently upload extra. this is the reason that's a trifling concept and u can upload a million to an thought.

Maths is integrated into the pre school curriculum, the best thing to do to encourage and boost her confidence is too make anything to do with maths fun, do counting games, shape games, etc...use books that have numbers written down and associate it it with numerals ie seven-7, alot to do with number recognition.
I also use different shaped blocks at the nursery i work.
It all depends on the childs age and abilities.
Hope this helps...
