I don't know you, but I'm sure you're a charmer.
Some lawyers are necessary, but there are far too many lawyers in the USA.
This encourages a tendency to litigate and results in large increases in insurance payments and taxes.
In general lawyers are bad people: parasitic, costly and callow. They have few morals, being willing to get serious criminals off on the basis of technicalities.
They create nothing; they merely leech off others, exploiting human tragedies for personal gain, as anyone who has had to fight a divorce settlement will tell you.
They are filth.
Your average plumber, joiner or roadsweeper has more decency in his toe clippings than the entire body of US lawyers in their costly suits and silk ties.

Mythology is enacted as a public liturgy. It is there to deal with purely practical concerns, despite the grandiose epics. It deals with such things as criminals suffering ill health because their body doesn't like being used against other human beings. Mythology began when homo sapiens became homo necans, man the killer.
Some elements of public liturgy (which is a state of tension between hierarchy - rule by priests - and anarchy) are counting, measuring, touching items of furniture repetitively, excessive concern for health - your own and that of others. These things also feature as devices for entering and exiting hypnotised states. If you let somebody induce you to self-hypnotise, there had better be a way to get back out of it, otherwise you'll be counting up steps for a while. Isaiah 57:8 says that people tend to put "reminders" or "pagan symbols" behind their doorposts. This means that they need to remember who gave them permission to walk through doorways in their life.
In any case, the whole system needs the rest of it to function, so it only devolves on anybody in particular at somebody else's political whim.
Revelation 13 explains that if you say no to the mark of the beast (see below for link to explanation of what it is), then you are not allowed to buy or sell. This is because it is all the same system that needs the rest of it to hold any of it up.

I don't have a problem with lawyers...I'm a paralegal, without them I'd be out of a job! The one that I work for is a "good guy". I've dealt with some bad apples on the phone though. I feel bad for their assistants = (

I believe that they are out of control.
Most politicians started out as lawyers. Tells me everything I need to know about them.
