Well when Im usually down my boyfriend is more than likely the cause of that feeling so I listen to "I Hate You So Much Right Now" by Kelis. Lol, yeah I know its silly but this song really makes me feel better. I sing it at the top of my lungs a few times and instantly I feel better.

Any song by AVA. I love how spacey and calming their music is. It just makes me want to relax no matter what's on my mind.
Also, sometimes some Red Hot Chile Peppers can be good, or even AFI((preferably from Sing the Sorrow)), Journey is very relaxing too, and even some Gun's and Roses... ((etc.))
