No: I don not think it is up to anyone or any government to determine whether a profit is "excessive". Let the market work it out on its own.

Heck no, I do not want her even deciding what toothpaste I should use. Only way she would Not say a business profit is excessive, is if that business is padding her bank account.

I've never had a problem with excessive profits, unfortunately. But I wouldn't want anyone in government or anywhere else making that determination.

Since when did we step aside and give the government all of our power? I hate to say it but lately I have been thinking about selling everything and moving my family away from all of this B.S.

I thought the oil companies excess profits were going to first her husband's and now to her campaign slush funds. Along with Bush's and every other candidates ~~~ oozing oil covers all bases.
I can not believe she is willing to give part of them up ~~~ there is a trick here someplace.
