Plus I am about 5'2 or 5'3. Just thought I might should add that.

It might be too soon for you to weightlift, but you can atleast do push ups. Try doing about 25 dailly and then increase. Also high protein meal help promote muscle growth.

ok look i'm 14 and weigh 116 and am 5' 4" and what i did was i joined a gym and began working out three times a week and i've even taken up track, cheerleading, and dance. Now u might want to try track or maybe even football if u think u can handle it. i mean almost any kind of sport will help you get into shape.

The best way to get stronger is good old manual labor. You can lift weights all you want, thats just pretty muscle. If you want to get stronger find some back breaking work to do.

Lift weights 3-4 days a week and eat your veggies. Pick up a sport and practice regularly. Don't spend much time on yahoo answers.

Workout ( for bulk heavy weight low reps), eat lots of protein, eat lots of food all around, try to eat healthy though. i went from 130 to 150ish in 5 months but im a "hard gainer" :(

go to the gym and workout or join a sport suc as swimming-it works out ur whole body if u go the gym way just drink those protein shakes and ur muscles will build quicker

I am about your age and I used to lift but heard rumors about stunting growth. So now I do pullups, crunches, and pushups. These are all really good execises and will make you larger and stronger.

Drink milk, exercise, and get a job doing heavy lifting.
