Anywho, you would want to search "Myspace Templates" on Google or Yahoo and select one, then paste it into your "About Me" box.
As for music, you can do that by going to "Edit Profile" then Song & Video on Profile at the very end. Then follow the step-by-step process.

For Music- go to the music link on myspace. search the artists you want. then go to their myspace and find a song you like. Click add and confirm.
For a background- a good website is freecodesource.com
