If you are talking about your own site and have access to FTP then you sure can, I do that with my site all the time as backup.
If you are talking about another site, you will have to go to each page and Save the page to some folder, each one individually. It'll take a while, though. But it can be done.

If you just go to file -> save page as (in Firefox, probably just save as in IE), then on the file type dropdown choose complete web page (mht i think). It'll save 1 file you can open to replicate the page, and a folder containing any images on the page, which must be in the same folder as the mht file if you want them to show up when you look at it.

Yes, several ways to do this have begun to appear recently.
The easiest one (since you're already using Yahoo!) is Yahoo My Web.
This is the same thing that appears as "Save to My Web" when you click the blue + icon in an open question.
