No such episode exists and there is no plan to make it.

Series producer Russell T Davies has already said he does not plan to make it as a TV story for the new episodes. The Time War will continue to be mentioned as a background for the Doctor's character.

There was no mention of it in the original series at all. Not even in the TV movie with 8th Doctor Paul McGann.

The radio series (on BBC Radio 7) does not feature it. On the commentary for this series Nicholas Briggs stated that there are no plans for ever doing the Time War as a radio series because it would not work as an audio format. "Launch time torpedoes!", "Oh no, they are firing chronon cannons!", "We've just lost 200 years from that blast". Also there are no plans to ever kill off the 8th Doctor on any radio stories because this basically restricts the plots they could do with him.

The nearest you will ever get to watching the Time War is to watch it's start. "Genesis Of The Daleks" starring Tom Baker is the beginning of the Time War because in it the Time Lords attempt to avert the creation of the Daleks.

There is not, as yet, any novel that is set during the Time War, but BBC Books have plans to publish something on this topic but no dates or titles have yet been given.

You never get to see the episode of the Time War, i think this has to cover the gap between the end of the last series and the beginning of the new.

Its not lame, its actually quite good way that the Doctor who was always a bit of a loner has now lost his home planet of Gallifrey and all the time lords, and this links through both Doctor's played by Eccleston and Tennant

You don't this is a creation of the mind of Mr Russel. It is obviously between the Daleks and the Gallifreyans (remember that there are multi levels of society on Gallifrey and not all of them are Time Lords).
As for the Doctor being the last of the Time Lords, dont hold your breath as there has been approx 15 other 'rogue' Time Lords on the show before in one form or another.

None of them - Its an invention of Russel T. Davis to provide some additional background for the new series. Apparently there's some more detail about it in one of the Eighth Doctor novels though. I'm not certain which one.

I wouldn't be surprised if it comes up at some point in the Doctor Who radio series on BBC7 which features Paul Mcgann as the Eighth Doctor.

Sorry but you don't.That was a story by creator Russell T Davies which was used in Series #1 by then Doctor - Christopher Eccleston in the episode "Dalek".
Rose couldn't understand why he wanted to kill the captured Dalek. He told her his ppl & planet Gallifrey were wiped out in the Time War v the Daleks. It was to show why he hates them & vows to destroy them..

It's never been written. It's just a lame plot device to give the Doctor a dark side and 'survivor guilt'. It's beyond stupid like a lot of the things in the new series. For example that pointless sonic screwdriver that does everything, opens doors, kills aliens, makes the goddamn coffee, sells a lot of merchandise.

Lame, lame, lame. The old series had so much more class

I don't think you do. It happens in the gap between the old series, & Christopher Eccleston (the 9th on TV, but honestly he could be any number)
