I think that you should tell him how you feel. If he respects you at all he will leave you alone. It sounds like you are trying to do the right thing. He should be ashamed of how he is doing his marriage. His wife deserves better. And you deserve more respect as well. If you have to work together, he should keep on a work only relationship.

Be blunt tell him you are totally turned off by married men who do the things he is doing and that you could never trust a man like that enough to have any kind of relationship with. If you aren't blunt he will still bother you.

Send his wife a letter telling her that the man she is married to is flirting with you. Then give the letter to the guy to deliver for you.
It should stop after that.

Don't start nothing it won't be nothing! You ever heard of that slang saying but it has a real meaning behind it!!! It's best not to even start it the feelings will past if u let it.

Tell him flat out to leave you alone, he is married and needs to be using his energy on his wife and family. Be blunt, don't back down. Don't call, or email him, if he calls or emails you, don't respond back. Cut him off.

He does not "love" you. He "loves" himself. He is only using you to please the one he truly loves - himself.

Print out all of the answers you get online here and show them to him - then tell him something like "most people seem to think you are a real asshole"

Yep.

Let him know that you know what sexual harassment is and if he continues flirting he'll be guilty of it and that wouldn't be good for his career. Don't even THINK about connecting with him.

Be cold, but business like. You need to be professional because you work with him, but you need to CUT all other ties... it is not worth it, for you or him.
