It depends on the 12 year old. I'm 12 and my parents didn't let me go to a Panic! At the Disco concert...=(

If you go to the concert with them, I don't see why not. They seem to be pretty tame concert-wise-- not exactly Alice Cooper, if that's what your worried about. A good portion of Fall Out Boy fans seem to fall in the age group of your child, so I'm pretty sure they would be pre-teen friendly.
You should go with them though, definitely. Aside from safety reasons, going to concerts with your kid will be an experience you'll both look back on fondly.

I`m not a parent but a FOB concert is totaly fine for a 12 year old! I`m going to one!
