I am on my 2nd marriage and have done nothing but try and talk to my husband who just wants to have a good time. I think it is hard to say whether I can keep going on like this. I love my husband but I don't love what I see or what I haven't seen. I need some good advise.

If you feel like you cannot keep goin anymore and have come on here for advice, i think it's time for you to tell him how you feel, and that you are unhappy and why.
Then go from there and the two of you either resolve the problem or make arrangements to part.
It's not easy but youve gotta work something out.
good luck.

Honey, trying to mend things by yourself doesn't get your marriage anywhere. He has to also want things to work, but at this point it sounds to me as if all he thinks about is playtime. Nobody can give you advice on when and how to leave, it is up to you alone. You have to be to the point of completely fed up to be serious enough to leave. You may still love him with all of your heart, but again...LOVE has to be a two way street for it to last. People are in many different bad relationships and for many different reasons decide to stay...it is up to them to decide when the right moment is. When YOU feel the moment is right, you take that step forward to better your life. You don't deserve the stress of wanting someone to love you and wondering if and when they will feel the same way. Hope I didn't ramble to much...I've been in two marriages myself and have been through so much...ONLY YOU WILL KNOW!

well its kinda hard to say whats up because you didn't say whats going on....however, I can tell you this if you are not satisfied with what you are seeing in your husband you probably never will...reason i say this is if he is out partying and doing what ever he has to know you don't like it and really don't care..that will never change unless you change it by giving he the old altimatum...on the other hand im not exacally sure what you haven't seen in him that your looking for maybe you could write back and fill us in alittle bit on the situation and i could help you from that point...anyway good luck to you

Set your boundaries and love him. If he is not full filling you needs of having meaningful conversation, you should let him know what you need, and how it is affecting you to not receive it.
