wisconsin weather is just crazy! hows the weather where your at?

so i live in wisconsin....the weather here is mad! where i am, there is rain and thunder and lightning, but on the other side of town where my friend lives, less than a mile away, she says the weather is just fine, no rain, any of that. plus i cant tell you the number of times i have been driving, and driven through rain, then ten feet of sun, then back into rain again. it is really the only state i know of where you could have the heat cranked up high one part of the day, then the air conditioner ice cold for another part! drives me nuts sometimes...whats the weather like where you live? do you have weird patches like this?

lol, wow, i didnt realize wisconsin weather was that wild. but im seriously not kidding about any of it. to the dude who lives in hawaii, we get the bits where it is sunny and bright but still raining too.
