What does Grade A & B Stock mean ?

What does Grade A & B Stock mean !

I have seen TV on Ebay and they say it has this :

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LCD GOT SOME IGNOREABLE SHADOWS AT SCREEN WHICH IS NOT HIGHLY NOTICABLE,

so does it just mean the TV is not perfect ? and has miner fault ?

Can someone explain in detail please to get the points :)

A stock. means that the item is still useable trash while B stock means the buyer would be a monkey to buy it.

There are tings wrong with it so you buy as you see it.

Paying for crap then!
