This company isn't owned by the supervisor hiring relatives, but the owners are fairly uninvolved in the company management/politics, and believe whatever the supervisor says. She performs the evaluation (including the evaluation of her daughter) and can pretty much put whatever she wants and the owners won't question it. I'm wondering if the rest of us have any legal recourse...

I'm wondering because we can't approach the owners about the supervisor's daughter without threat of being fired or severly punished in some way, unless we can site some sort of law or something.
