Douching is bad for you! It can cause:
vaginal irritation,
vaginal infections called bacterial vaginosis or BV,
sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and
pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)
Regular vaginal douching changes the delicate chemical balance of the vagina and can make a woman more susceptible to infections. Douching can introduce new bacteria into the vagina which can spread up through the cervix, uterus, and fallopian tubes. Researchers have found that women who douche regularly experience more vaginal irritations and infections such as bacterial vaginosis, and an increased number of sexually transmitted diseases.

Like the others have said, it is actually not good for you. Unless your doctor tells you to douche for a specific reason, washing with mild soap and warm water is all you need to keep clean.

You shouldn't douche unless your doctor advises you to. It alters the acidity in your vagina. It is not a good idea to change the environment of that sensitive area.

yes, only after my period is gone, to wash it all and feel clean. You should not by any means do it regularly since it will strip away your natural acidity, which acts as a natural barrier against germs and infections.

I don't do it, I don't have the proper orifice. You should not do it either, it washes all the good stuff out and leaves you susceptible to infection.
