It is accepted that the blind can not see, but those that can see and chose not to are judged to be more blind.

To turn your eyes away from the truth, or an evil that you through action may correct makes you truly blind.

Its kinda like there is noone as blind as a person that doesn't choose to see. You could say it about someone who's in a realtionship that is fading away, and everyone knows its about to end expect the person in it because they keep telling themselves its ok (chooseing not to see).

What it mean is, no one is so or that blind that they cannot see as compared to the blinds.

Sometimes blind people run into walls but non-blind people occasionally also do.

It means that whatever it is is pretty obvious and that even the blindest blind person would notice. Like a pimple. if u ask your friend well it's hardly noticeable right? if she says that saying, smack her

It means that the person who willfully chooses to not see is in worse shape than the person who cannot see. A counterpart saying is "to have ones head in the sand. " (You have to put your head in sand; it doesn't go there naturally.)

The saying is used to disparage, or at least call attention to, people who refuse to examine all facets, all angles, of a situation.

you can never really see. even if you are blind you can not see through eyes, but you can see through your mind

It also means they refuse to see, As of, they don't want to know the truth. If you are in a fight, & know the other person is right, then the 'popular saying' fits it pefectly.
