Continute to watch nickelodeon and dont follow the crowd just because they dont watch it. If they were your real friends they wouldnt care.

Ignore them, I'm 42, happily married and watch Nick; my husband is 40 and watches it too--sometimes without our 6 yr old son!! He loves cartoons...(my husband that is)

Well you could say to them that you were joking and that you can't believe that they fell for it for so long! And then you can still watch it without anyone knowing. There problem solved!
