Are you over-exercising? More stress than normal? Losing too much weight or dieting too much? Have you had a thyroid condition?

These are all factors that play into missing your periods. It happened to me somtimes for even 7 months. It got o bad I would have to take prescribed meds in order to start my cycle again. Some women may think not having a period is great. Well, for health reasons, it is not. your body is telling to something is not right. Women are intended to menstruate and when you miss that, there are some real concerns.

See your OBGYN and let them give you some blood tests, as well as check your thyroid.

I will tell you that in my mid 30's, I finally started getting it normally and it would happen every month like clockwork. It occurred right when I started a new job that did not involve as much travel. I was used to traveling almost 3 weeks per month. I was also not happy with that old job. Plus, I was a long distance runner and my bodyfat level had gotten too low as well. So, I changed that too. Later a miracle- i ended up having a beautiful baby boy after years of being told it couldn't happen.

Anyway, good luck. Hope that helped a bit.
