hi! i dont know if this will be relevant to you but have you been having tension or stress issues lately? maybe your subconscience has been goin to a place where you feel good in your sleep to find a way to relax, you would probably be completely unaware of this, when you wake up do you feel refreshed or groggy?

Why those exact words? I don`t know. What I know is....
I know someone who talked and snored really LOUD all night long (well almost). She went for some electronic therapy, for general health issues, and immediately she stopped both the snoring and the talking. Connected to this treatment, is the fact that prior to it she had been on medication and then she felt so good that she dropped the meds. So if you are on meds (even the binders could be a cause, like in supplements) they are suspects in my book. I am not encouraging you to drop meds as that could be dangerous. I am only stating my limited knowledge on this subject of sleep talking.

It's just a dream it doesn’t mean anything. You will stop soon as you get what’s on your mind resolved. You might not think you have anything major on your mind but that’s why we dream at least that’s why I dream. Good luck.
