With all of the racial tensions still exsisting, and inequalities still being a major problem, how do you feel we can change the views and repulsive opinions each race has for the other. I am only looking for serious answers. As I have been on Yahoo Q&A, I have leaned more to the general-culture and society questions to give honest and (what I feel) to be intelligent answers. So i am looking for more ideas, other than my own, to broaden my views. What do you think?

My dear brother-in-law says we may not have to wait very long, and it's an idea that's been discussed more than once in sci-fi stories and the like: mixing genes to the point where there are no longer any racial differences, thus eliminating racial superiority complexes.
However, I have an argument against this, and I hope others take it seriously. A person's coloration is a mark of individuality, as it forces others to learn how to deal with difference. To me, if such lessons cannot be learned, life will be much harder for all individuals, not just those of "minority" races. (In my view, a "minority" in the immediate vicinity may be the "majority" elsewhere...) So, I hope that we don't lose the racial differences we currently have, for that reason.

Well, subject to your being quite receptive, I can certainly give you some new views and revelations re reality.
Firstly, much of 'today's "equality" is not really equality, it is 'sameness', and most of it has tended to be directed in relation to the so-called, gender question ... although race is now rearing up in terma of attention.
But if we momentarily return to the gender question, what is not realized is that the 2 sexes are necessarily different, and are built to assume different roles.
They were created to work complimentally, in forming the one - that is, the two - male and female - become "one flesh", as God put it, after He created them.
Eve was created a "helpmeet" for Adam.
Because we have got away from all this understanding, we have created ridiculous situations in the culture, and unemployment, for instance, has been very high for 40 years, as a result of pretending that "equality" meant that each sex should be encouraged to pursue the same roles and same jobs and be given the same "consideration" shall we say, when going for employ.
But, because the Creator's design has been cast aside as a thing of naught, the result has been that now we have even more inequality than ever - that is, we now have homes and families where husbands and wives have jobs, but countless others where they have no jobs - or some very menial 'casual' thing, which is just as insecure.
Now I have written 100 page books on this and I've only touched the very surface here, but in reality, our problems go on and on, as a result!
In a statement, women and men were made to compliment one another, not compete for the same territory.
As they marry, the 2 become one, each with their own tasks and roles that make for a more perfect home, if fulfilled properly.
RACE:
All people should be allowed access to all sorts of opportunities; but nevertheless, they need to earn them.
For instance, seeing out forefathers may have built up our nation over many generations, perhaps, 100s of years, we cannot expect that it would be fair to either 'side' - the immigrant or the many-generational resident, if we simply gave newcomers a great deal 'on the platter', without needing to work for it.
I have noticed that it usually takes at least one generation for the culture and know-how to settle in on a family.
Re religion:
Again, the parent culture and religion is the one that has made the country how great it is.
That religion should always have its respect, in terms of how laws are written, and what should be taught in schools and the culture behind which the school operates.
Nevertheless, all religions should be respected and people should be allowed to worship how when or what they may, provided it does not interfere with others' worship and does not place unreasonable expectations on them.
COLOR:
All should have equal respect regardless of color or creed.
Now that should "broaden a few views".

Well one possible way would be to end multiculturism in the united states and only have one american culture so that everyone would truely be united despite race. Also if the goverment monitored the media and made racists remarks on media illegal then this would severly help remove racism because the media is one of the major sources racists people have gotten there racists ideas. The media also has helped people spread many racists ideas through comedy, and other forms as well. Then by intermixing more neighborhoods we would make it possible for more people to mix because they are mixed they woul set aside there differences because they are a part of each race/ ethnecity.

It's got to start with the removal of "protected people." All that does is validate some races over others and creates anger for those who feel they are being slighted by such programs. (How many people do you know who REALLY got denied access to college because a black person took their slot? Not many, but the IDEA of it can really fire up the white middle-class against blacks and Affirmative Action).
Martin Luther King preached that we should judge a person by the content of his character, not the color of his skin. This goes both ways. I shouldn't have to lower my standards when hiring some one because they are "embracing their culture" when they don't speak proper English.
The beauty of America is that we are all mutts. We have been interbreeding and carrying forward the best traits in all races as we progress. This is why we are so nimble and creative. Most "pure" cultures lack the versatility you get from inter-breeding (think about biology and how mixing species breeds stronger species while interbreeding creates defects). We should embrace our diversity, but "diversity" is not forcing foreign cultures on Americans, it's melding them into our fabric. Back in the 60's & 70's they called this "the melting pot" and it worked. Modern Diversity is divisive and leads to distrust.
