The Association of American Medical Colleges has a website that tells all about the different med schools in the USA. Most of them require chemistry, biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, physics, and calculus as prerequisites for admission. You need to have about a 3.5 or better average in these courses and score high on the MCAT exams (like SATs only harder). About 35,000 good students apply to US med schools each year and about 17,000 are accepted.

math needs to go up to calculus. Lots and lots of biology, physiology, chem, and science classes. It'd take way too long to list. If you're worried about it, you're probably way too stupid to get into med school anyways.
