I ignore them. It drives them nuts so I guess that is my way of getting back at them. I make their stomach pump acid because they have anxiety for not being able to get to me!

Learn who you can trust, and who you cannot, and those who would stab you in the back, I would not associate with, and if you must, than the less they know about you the better. SO that in the future you won,t have to open a can of whoop-*** on them.

I guess you take that experience and use it as a lesson to grow stronger and be wiser in the future when choosing friends.

In the meantime, you can just blog your feelings to release whatever you feel right now. Or if you have someone to talk to, that helps big time =)

It's part of life, most people do it (especially girls) and most of us learn that when we're pretty young, sometimes you just have to live with it. Unless the person doing it is a really good friend It doesn't bother me. If it really bothers you then don't speak to that person anymore. Have you never spoken about someone behind their back?

Carry each wound you get to your future. Let tthe wounds form you into a better person and not into the same people who backstabbed you.
