LOL You must be watching CSI all evening on Spike just like me!
There was an earlier episode where one of Lady Heather's employees (she runs a house of dominatrix's, no sex though), was killed, and Gil, Katherine, and Brass went to the house to investigate. Gil and Heather had a connection - they never really showed them dating but they seemed to understand each other. Apparently she is a very good judge of character, and was able to determine parts of his personality that he keeps hidden just by observing him. He was also really interested in the psychology behind her business and her customers (the idea of men wanting to be dominated by women, but there not being actual sex involved). I don't think they dated, but they seemed to understand each other and became close.
Both of the episodes with Lady Heather are really good, but the second one (where her daughter died, the one that was on earlier) is especially creepy.

Nope, no dating, just a special sort of relationship, they understand each other, and understanding Grissom is not an easy task. While Grissom will never arrest Lady Heather, just use her for information.
