im almost a double d and i have heard that u should get a reduction or you'll have back probls well i have really nice boobs and i'd like to keep them but i don't want to have back probs.

That's really a personal decission you need to make with your docotor....also If you are young your back will be abel to take it now, where you might concider when you're older 40 or so for a reduction......talk to your doctor about the pros and cons and if it would effect breast feeding

I had a reduction 1 month ago. I was a 38DDD and I am not a 38C. I did it becasue I was sick of not being able to fit normal clothes and I had bad neck pain. You should only consider a BR if you are having problems - not all women with large breast have back problems.

If you have back problems, you would definitely be a candidate for breast reduction.
