I'm not surprised with what she has become. it's not like she was an actual rocker before anyways. she was such a poser before, anyone could see that. i think that now she's just being who she actually is

Actually, she didnt become all preppy. She still the "punk princess" but on this new album of hers. She's making it more happy because that she feels right now and she's already married so of course she wants to be girly to because she's a girl.
ROCKER/PREP/PUNK/POP/ACOUSTIC
Whatever Avril is she's the best there is.

Eh, I used to like her a few years ago when she was 'punk', but when I listen to her songs now, it's just...ew. It's like listening to your old Britney Spears music from 2nd grade. Just ew.
So I really don't care. She should be all washed up within the next couple years anyway.

Avril is and has always been true to herself...when she first started out she was quite young and hadn't found herself yet....most teens have that rebellious streak in them and it worked for her then as she stood out amongst many young singers...now as she has matured and has found love as well, she hasn't changed much, but in appearance.....

I know what you mean she use to be so cool now i dont know what she is though i know she is so preppy. She use to be punk but i guess not now. Im sorry but you cant change from punk to preppy over night. That is exactly what she did.

I know exactly what you mean. She used to be all tomboyish and cool and now, I dont even know who she is anymore. I knew we as fans were in trouble, when she dyed her hair blonde and started wearing dresses!

yeah i like the new her and old her all it is is she's grown up there's nothing u can do about it. just deal with it. i've been supporting her since complicated and plan to continue to support her.
